3D printing your very own helmet by ePC filament
Still remember the lighter cover which looks like a silkworm I shared last time? Sure did inspire some of you makers. This time, I am going to introduce something new to you guys, the ePC helmet.
ePC helmet (mini size)
Helmet, as known to all, is a hat made of strong material which people wear to protect their heads. The history of helmet can be traced back to Primitive times, when men used coconut shell or turtle shell and other strong materials to protect their heads when hunting. As time goes by, helmet is becoming more and more essential in daily life and is used widely in military, sports etc. Now people can purchase different kinds of helmets in alternative prices. Thinking of creating your very own helmet? 3D printing is here to help.
As posted before, eSUN has introduced a brand new material recently , ePC. This new material is fireproofed and ductile and can be used to make great helmet.
ePC specification:
Color: natural color
Flame retardant grade UL94: V-2
Printing temp range: 235 ~ 260℃
Diameter: 1.75/3.00mm, 0.5kg/Roll
