ePLA-Matte new upgrade hit! How can we achieve a better printing result?

eSUN ePLA-Matte will officially meet you in August 2021. Since its launch, the small and fresh Makaron color and matte texture have enjoyed more fans’ popularity. However, it is a pity that during the printing process, some fans encountered the problem of “plug, and cannot tightly paste the bottom plate, or the combination between layers is relatively ordinary”, which more or less brought some less smooth experience to the makers.

The feedback from fans on various platforms soon attracted great attention from eSUN team. ePLA-Matte positioning has always been a cost-effective aesthetic material, and we hope it can bring better experience to users in the 3D printing industry.

Therefore, in combination with the feedback from fans at home and abroad, this year, the formulation of ePLA-Matte has been optimized, adjusted and tested repeatedly by the eSUN product and R&D department. The newly upgraded ePLA-Matte has been relaunched, and I believe it will refresh your experience.

We have mainly upgraded the matte PLA in two aspects. In terms of product formulation and performance, through research and development and multiple tests, a new formulation of matte PLA material was introduced, which optimized its physical properties and improved the interlayer bonding strength. In addition, the adhesive force of the bottom plate is increased, the risk of the plug is reduced, and the user experience is more smooth.

In terms of product appearance, we used new paper spool packaging to practice the concept of carbon reduction and environmental protection. On the other hand, it can also solve the problem of waste of empty plastic reel to a certain extent.
