3D Printing Summer Souvenir by New Material eMorph
In September,eSUN grandly releases new 3D printing material eMorph.This filament is mainly made of PCL,it’s biodegradable and environmental.Products printed by eMorph are very tough at normal temperature,but will become soften with 60℃.This shows its low melting point character,which makes it possible to recover: you can change the product’s shape after printing with higher temperature.The abandoned materials can also remodled as manual materials.

Recently,it’s still a little hot in day time and we have felt fresh wind in the morning and at night.We can see the little tale of summer,maybe we can use eMorph to print a white ice cream,as a gift to this Summer.
At first,we need to prepare a model of ice cream…
Set printing parameters,then start printing.
Right nozzle printed with 95℃ printing temperature and 45℃ bottom printing temperature.
About 2~3 hours later(it depends on the speed and model size),white and sweet “ice cream” shaped in.
You may be very willing to have a taste for it,but we should prevent it and let’s feel eMorph’s “magic” with our hands together.
Step 1: Prepare a small bowl of hot water(70~80℃),tweezers(or something similar)
Step 2: Put sweet “ice cream” into water… After a while,the “ice cream” melted.
Step 3: Add “something” in it…
The red grains in above image are color master,they become soften when meeting high t and can be rubbed with eMorph,which will change the color of material.
Step 4: It’s time to show your art work.“A small piece of watermelon” is not a bad choice for summer souvenir.
