Sellingpoint
- Upcycled Coffee Grounds Sustainable Creativity: PLA-Coffee — made from recycled coffee grounds through a modified process. Pure, eco-friendly base material that naturally biodegrades after disposal — making every print more sustainable and impactful。
- Natural Fine Texture Immersive Coffee Aroma Experience: Fine textured surface witha non-reflective finish and smooth touch. Releases a mild coffee aroma during printing, creating a warm and immersive 3D printing experience。
- Beginner-Friendly Easy to Print, Reliable Results: Built on PLA's excellent printability, it prints smoothly on most FDM printers with minimal tuning. Easy for beginners and reliable for experienced users alike.
- Multiple Color Options Enhanced Texture & Style: Multiple color options for diverse design needs — fine texture enhances visual impact, giving each model a unique look and enabling more creative expression.
Notes
Natural coffee grounds may cause slight batch-to-batch color variation. Normal — does not affect performance. Embrace the unique natural beauty.
- * Application
Before Printing:
·Check vacuum packaging — Filament is hygroscopic due to plant-based fibers. Inspect upon arrival; contact support if any concerns.
·Store properly — Factory-dried and vacuum-sealed. Keep in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Seal for long-term storage.
·Dry if needed — If packaging is damaged, filament feels moist, or stored too long, dry at 50°C (oven or drying box) for 8–12 hours before use.
During Printing :
·Use recommended settings — Start with the recommended print parameters.
·Build plate — Textured PEI plate with a thin layer of glue is recommended for reliable adhesion. If using a different plate, adjust based on the recommended settings.
·Adjust as needed — PLA-Coffee prints like standard PLA, but settings may vary depending on your printer, environment, and model design.
·Aroma note — The coffee scent released during printing varies by perception, environment, and process — totally normal.
After Printing:
PLA bonds firmly to PEI plates. Let the plate cool all the way down before popping off your print — this helps protect both the model and the plate surface.
