May 21-23, eSUN invites you to attend the Shenzhen UAV Expo.
As a new quality productive force, 3D printing technology is being widely applied in emerging fields such as the low-altitude economy and humanoid robots. In the design of low-altitude aircraft, “weight reduction”
From May 21st to 23rd, eSUN will exhibit at the Shenzhen UAV Expo, empowering the lightweight and high-performance manufacturing of drones with innovative 3D printing materials!
Flexible and elastic series: “Flexible elastic shock absorption + lattice weight reduction”, suitable for drone landing gear cushioning, gimbal shock absorption, battery protective covers, and various flexible nodes, as well as precision waterproof parts. It can also be applied to rapidly customize flexible linings or protective parts of different shapes.
TPU & PEBA series filaments: With excellent flexibility, resilience, and wear resistance, they provide ideal lightweight protection solutions, significantly improving the drop resistance and shockproof capabilities of the entire machine. Among them, PEBA possesses ultra-light density and excellent low-temperature flexibility.
Multi-hardness elastic resin series: eSUN has developed a series of single-component multi-curing elastic resin materials covering different hardness ranges. Combining the unique porous hollow lattice structure of 3D printing and the high resilience performance of the material itself, the damping coefficient of the elastomer can be accurately adjusted by adjusting the infill rate. On the premise of ensuring structural stability, it achieves fuselage weight reduction and shock absorption functions, significantly improving endurance mileage and payload capacity.
High-strength series: Load-bearing structural parts such as main load-bearing structures of the frame, drone arms, and landing gear supports.
Primarily featuring the carbon fiber reinforced series, covering PLA-CF, PETG-CF, ABS-CF, PA-CF, PA6-CF, PA12+CF, PET-CF, and PPS-CF. Possessing ultra-high strength and high rigidity, they easily cope with complex stresses and high-speed wind resistance during flight.
Lightweight series: Fuselage shells, the entire machine of fixed-wings, aerodynamic verification models, and various protective kits.
Taking “lightness” as the core. PLA-LW, as the lightweight benchmark, features low density and easy molding, and is the first choice for fixed-wing model aircraft and micro drone shells; PETG-LW, TPU-LW, ASA-LW, and PEBA-LW combine lightweight with weather resistance and toughness, possessing extremely strong outdoor adaptability.
In addition, the flame-retardant series, anti-static series (suitable for battery compartments and electronic component enclosures), and temperature-resistant series (suitable for motor surroundings and cooling systems) materials developed by eSUN can also be perfectly applied to the printing and production of related functional parts.
From the rapid iteration of conceptual prototypes to the customized production of high-performance components, eSUN is committed to using outstanding 3D printing materials to assist every smooth takeoff.
May 21-23, eSUN sincerely invites drone research and development engineers, industry experts, and partners to visit the booth (Booth No.: 2156) to jointly explore the infinite possibilities of the integration of 3D printing and the low-altitude economy!
