High Toughness + Low Odor — Tackling the “Two Pain Points” of Photopolymer Resin!
Brittle and prone to cracking? Harsh, irritating odor? Enough to turn users away without hesitation?

These two major issues of photopolymer resin printing have long been a source of user frustration.
To make the printing experience more user-friendly and ensure your hard-earned prints are strong and durable,
eSUN proudly launches its latest innovation — ABS-Like OdorLite Resin!

Combining high toughness and high strength, this resin can withstand repeated bending without breaking. It innovatively incorporates nano-composite materials and utilizes CMM (Composite Material Modification) technology to effectively resolve the challenge of balancing strength and flexibility. Not only does it prevent bridge collapse or deformation in printed parts, but it also gives the model excellent toughness.

Lower Odor, Greater Peace of Mind
Using carefully selected low-odor and low-volatility raw materials throughout the entire process, the formula is precisely controlled at the source to minimize odor irritation. Additionally, a vacuum-negative pressure process is introduced in the production phase to physically accelerate the targeted removal of volatile odor-causing substances — achieving a dual breakthrough in odor control technology.

Outstanding Impact Resistance
Toughening monomers are introduced, which form long, flexible molecular chains after polymerization. These chains absorb impact energy through segmental rotation and slippage. The notched impact resistance reaches up to 20 J/m — more than double that of standard resins.

Wide Range of Applications
Ideal for printing industrial parts, anime figures, miniature models, electronic device housings, and more.

Printing Guidelines
1. On standard 385–405 nm LCD printers, when using ABS-Like OdorLite Resin, it is recommended to set the normal layer exposure time to 2–4 seconds, the bottom layer exposure time to 20–30 seconds, and allow around 3 seconds of rest after each lift.
2. Under normal conditions, ABS-Like OdorLite Resin supports fine structures well. For large solid models, increase support density as needed.
3. For cleaning, use 95% ethanol or IPA. Cleaning can be performed with an ultrasonic cleaner or a printer-specific wash station. Recommended wash time is within 5 minutes.
4. For post-curing, a standard 36W 405nm UV curing box can be used. Cure for 5–10 minutes under normal conditions. For enhanced mechanical performance, cure test samples for 30 minutes on each side.
