PETG-ESD Material Overview
PETG-ESD is an anti-static material with excellent electrostatic dissipation properties. It features a volume resistivity as low as 10^7 Ω·m and a surface resistivity of printed parts as low as 10^9 Ω·m, providing effective ESD protection to prevent electrostatic damage to electronic components.
Its anti-static properties also minimize dust adhesion on electronic packaging/parts.
In addition to its anti-static and dust-proof capabilities, PETG-ESD also retains the toughness and easy-to-print performance of PETG, does not warp, and can be directly printed using the universal PETG default parameters of mainstream equipment. It is suitable for factories to customize small batches of parts and achieve efficient, fast, and intelligent manufacturing.
