Regional Sales Manager – DACH (Channel Sales Manager)
DACH Region
Job Description
- Channel Development: Identify, negotiate, and onboard distributors within the DACH region, focusing on Value-Added Resellers (VARs) with technical service capabilities and influential distributors in the regional 3D printing industry.
- Offline Channel Expansion: Develop influential offline sales channels in the local market, including major electronics retailers and big-box stores (e.g., MediaMarkt).
- E-commerce Platform Coordination: Coordinate onboarding and maintain business relationships with local platforms such as Conrad, OTTO, MediaMarkt, Joybuy, etc.
- Partner Enablement: Provide comprehensive support to distributors and assigned sales channels to strengthen their ability to promote and sell eSUN products.
- Sales & Profit Management: Participate in defining and executing regional sales and profit targets; manage distributor receivables and payment collection.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the eSUN Marketing team to generate leads for distributors and develop B2B and industrial clients.
- Digital Integration: Collaborate with the eSUN E-commerce team to assist distributors with traffic acquisition and B2B client development.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze demand for 3D printing materials in the DACH region and provide insights to Headquarters for product optimization and R&D.
Requirements
- Relevant Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience in 3D printing equipment/materials, electronic devices, or industrial automation.
- Business Development: Proven “hunter” mentality with strong cold-calling and outreach capabilities, able to manage the full sales cycle independently.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of 3D printing materials such as PLA and PETG.
- Strategic Mindset: Good understanding of the omnichannel approach and balancing online and offline sales interests.
- Language Skills: Native German or C2 proficiency; fluent English as a working language.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Result-oriented, resilient under pressure, and capable of achieving challenging targets.
- Cultural Fit: Strong team spirit and ability to work in multicultural environments.
- Mobility: Willing to travel frequently within the DACH region.

- Language Skills: Fluent English; other European languages are a plus.
