The corner of the model or the whole is separated from the platform.

Material: ABS, ASA, PA, PC and other materials with high shrinkage are easy to warp and crack, printing needs to have a constant temperature chamber, while closing the blowing fan, you can use eEnclosure or a printer with a heating chamber

Leveling: the nozzle is too close to the platform of the first layer is easy to overflow, too far from the first layer can not stick to the bottom plate, if the four corners of the leveling difference is too large, may lead to warping from a farther corner; Paying special attention to high temperature conditions, such as 400 ℃ nozzle temperature and 110 ℃ bottom plate, the nozzle and the bottom plate will be deformed, PLA can be flattened by cold leveling, but ABS will not stick, it is recommended that high temperature thermal leveling, such as (nozzle 240 ℃ bottom plate 110 ℃)

Slicing: the first layer extrusion rate is recommended to be set higher than 100%, the first layer speed is set to 10mm / s, closing the first layer blowing fan, you can also set the bottom valve and skirt, to improve the adhesion of the bottom plate

Base plate: different materials base plate has a greater impact on printing; PEI substrates can be printed with PLA, but PETG and ABS material are easy to warp; lattice glass itself is easy to be uneven due to process problems, and it is easy to not stick after long-term use ; it’s recommended to use glass / carbon fiber base plate + PVP solid glue which can be applied to low-temperature and high-temperature printing materials, please pay attention to cold coating when using

Glue: generally use PVP solid glue or 3DLac and other substrate glue

Temperature: the temperature is too low, PLA materials may also warp, you can print at a constant temperature or properly close the blowing material fan
