eSpool+2.0 is a newly developed modular detachable spool system by eSUN, designed for the 3D printing ecosystem. Inspired by plant vein structures, it mimics the way leaves support maximum surface area with minimal material, resulting in a streamlined geometric hollow spool design.

Regular elliptical units are repeatedly arranged to form the main structure of the spool, with intersecting lines providing uniform support while eliminating unnecessary solid areas, achieving significant weight reduction while maintaining structural stability and ventilation. Compared to the first-generation detachable spool, the upgraded eSpool+ 2.0 offers a smoother user experience, with easier and more effortless twisting for assembly and disassembly. While improving the printing experience, it also enhances environmental sustainability, contributing to a more efficient and sustainable filament packaging system.
