Description
Within the TPU family, TPU-85A offers a moderate hardness and is softer and more resilient than TPU-90A and TPU-95A. Its core strengths lie in its exceptional flexibility, impact resistance, and shock absorption. This makes it particularly suitable for printing shock-absorbing models or components, such as protective cases and cushioning components. For example, printing a custom case for a phone or camera provides a last-ditch protection in the event of a drop. In everyday sports, TPU sports wristbands and knee pads can help cushion impact and reduce joint stress during exercise.

1. It is recommended to dry (55℃/>4H) before printing to achieve the best printing effect. It is recommended to use it with eBOX cartridges when printing.
2. It is recommended to use a short-range two-wheel reduction extruder designed for flexibility, and eFlex materials cannot be printed with a remote extruder.
3. The nozzle may have impurities after printing for a long time. It is recommended to use it with the cleaning filament. If necessary, replace the nozzle and throat with a new one.
